Previously, Shipra held academic leadership roles, including Academic Director at TC Global, where she managed the NCUK Transnational Pathway for South Asia. Her commitment to quality education was recognized when the centre achieved the “Outstanding Academic Performance Award.” She also served as Associate Professor at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, where she led initiatives in entrepreneurship and strategy, launched the university’s first incubator, and received accolades for her contribution to student engagement.

In the corporate realm, Shipra worked with renowned organizations like KPMG Global Services and Waagstein Research AB, providing business consulting services to clients in the US, Europe, and Nordic markets. Her diverse international exposure, having travelled to over 25 countries, further enriches her understanding of multicultural dynamics in global education.

Shipra’s academic credentials include an MBA from Thames Valley University (now the University of West London) and ongoing doctoral research in Business Management. Beyond her professional pursuits, she has co-founded initiatives to support women entrepreneurs and is an advocate for student mentorship and welfare.
